YES ...  If you are in the market for a new home, we do take trade-ins that can apply towards the purchase price of your new J & J Homes model.

 

In addition to accepting used homes as a trade-in, we buy used homes outright.

 

Just fill in the Trade-Information request form on this page, and send the basic information to us. We will be back in contact with you shortly to discuss your possible trade-in options.

Please remember: We will need to inspect any potential trade-in item before we can make an agreement with you. A valid title deed, or proof of ownership, is also needed before we can move forward!

If all goes as expected, J and J Homes will apply the amount of your trade-in towards the price of a new home model you choose.

 

Every part of our transaction will be documented and a written receipt of the trade-in will be provided to you.
